Welcome to Avalira. These terms govern your use of our stakeholder relations planning and disclosure advisory services offered at avaliren.com. By accessing our materials or purchasing our offerings, you accept these terms in full.

Users agree to provide accurate contact details and comply with applicable rules. Unauthorized sharing of materials is prohibited.

3. Reimbursement Policy

3.1 Services

Clients may request cancellation at least 14 days prior to a scheduled session to receive a full reimbursement via the original payment method. Requests made less than 14 days prior may be eligible for session rescheduling. Custom planning sessions require allocation of expert time and thus are non-reimbursable if cancelled within 7 days of the service date.

3.2 Digital Materials

Digital guides and templates may be reimbursed if a request is made within 7 days of purchase and no downloads have occurred. Reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

3.3 Physical Merchandise

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once received, items will be inspected and a reimbursement via the original payment method processed within 30 days.

4. Service Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule custom sessions up to 7 days prior to the appointment without penalty. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via our contact form.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the property of Avalira. Users may not distribute or modify content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Avalira is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our offerings.
